Refunds
Our providers educate clients on the treatment options, likely outcomes, benefits and risks associated with each treatment. It is not exactly known how you may respond to a treatment as it varies from person to person.  As a result, payment is for the services provided rather than a specific outcome.Â
All purchases for services, procedures, treatments, and/or pre-paid packages are not refundable. In order to ensure our clients receive a pleasant experience, any unused service values (cash equivalent for remaining amount of a treatment package) may be applied to any other cosmetic and/or aesthetic service at Skin Solutions Dermatology for the purchaser only.Â
All injectable treatment sales (such as, but not limited to Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, laser treatments, or facials) are final; refunds or credits cannot be offered once treatment is completed.
Pre-paid packages are not transferable and must be used within two years from the date of purchase.
Returns
Skincare products are eligible for return. All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of receiving your order and be in good condition. Good condition means it is unopened, unused and any seals are still intact. All discounted items and/or advertised as on sale are final sale and ineligible for return. All shipping charges are not refundable.
Notice
We reserve the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Please note an excessive number of returns in a twelve-month period can cause us to reject future orders from you.
We are not responsible for returning, replacing or compensating any item that is not approved as eligible for return by Customer Service. We are also not responsible for any shipping costs to return item(s) back to you that were sent to us in error. We are not responsible for lost packages returned through a carrier of your own choosing.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.
Fees
In-person returns to one of our retail stores are free. Mail-in returns have a $10 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Incomplete Orders
If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact Customer Service who will resolve this for you on a case-by-case basis. It is important to provide photographic and/or video evidence to help us process your claim as quickly as possible.
Allergic Reactions
If you have an allergic reaction to a product, please contact Customer Service who will resolve this for you on a case-by-case basis. Please make sure you have photographic evidence and medical documentation to help us process your claim as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
Returns are typically processed within 10 days of receipt and are issued to your original method of payment if able to do so. Your banking institution may require additional days to process your refund.
