Elizabeth Wood, FNP-C

Elizabeth is originally from Birmingham, Alabama but decided to branch out for college and attend Texas Christian University for her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Following college, she moved to Nashville to work at Vanderbilt in the intensive care unit. After three years in Nashville, she completed her Family Nurse Practitioner program in Dallas at Baylor University. Ultimately, she moved back to Tennessee to be with her now husband in Clarksville. She worked in an urgent care setting prior to shifting to Dermatology, a specialty that has always been most exciting to her. 

Elizabeth is passionate about providing patient centered care that is both evidence based and meets the goals of each specific patient. 

She resides in Clarksville where she enjoys traveling, hiking, cooking, and spending time with friends and family
