We use Healow App, a simple and reliable platform. There’s no need to download an app or create an account—just a few easy steps to connect. All you need is an internet connection, a camera, and a device with a speaker.

How to Start Your Virtual Visit
With just a few clicks, you can start your televisit and meet your provider online:
- You’ll receive a link by email or text from your provider—click it to begin your session. You can also start your visit through the Healow app or patient portal.
- If you’re using the app, tap your appointment (shown in red), then the camera icon, and select Start Televisit.
- Make sure your device has a camera, microphone, and reliable internet. Allow access when prompted.
- Complete any questionnaires or vitals your provider requests, then click Next to continue.
- Your device will run a quick compatibility check. Once ready, click Proceed or Start Televisit to enter the virtual waiting room.
When your provider joins, your visit will begin—just like an in-office appointment.
